About us

We add lives to our years

Led by Prof. Jed Montayre—Associate Head (Strategy) and Associate Professor at the School of Nursing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University—the Hong Kong Longevity Study is dedicated to redefining what it means to age well. Our mission is to support Hong Kong's transition toward a healthier, more vibrant future by conducting impactful research. We believe that extending lifespan must go hand-in-hand with extending healthspan, empowering our population to thrive in their later years.
